Image
The Meaning for Mystery is   “ anything that is kept secret or remains unexplained or unknown”   The Lord God whom we worship is a God who Reveals the Mystery(secret things) . Daniel 2:22 says “He reveals deep and secret things ” & Daniel 2:28 says    “The secret things belong unto the LORD our God.” Deuteronomy 29:29 says  “But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets” Lets see how this Mystery was  made Known to Paul, the apostle of Gentiles. Saul  was a Jewish man born in the city of Cilicia, Tarsus and was taught according to the perfect manner of law at the feet of Gamaliel. Gamaliel is a Pharisee who had good reputation among the people and he is the doctor of the law. On his way to Damascus Saul had an encounter with the Jesus and he received his sight back and Holy Spirit and was baptized too. He was with disciples for certain days and straightway he started to preach in the synagogues.  Saul started to preach   the Jews that Jesus is the son of God. That means h

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FOLLOW JESUS?

We all want to follow someone or something. But why should you follow Jesus. Because He says: …Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. Jesus - John 8:12 (NIV) He’s the light to the world. If you believe in Him, you will be free from your sins He cares for you He loves you with an everlasting love.  If you abide in His word (The Bible), He calls you His own. He says in John 16:20 “Your grief will turn into Joy” If you want to find out more, please read The Gospel of John in the Bible. Do you know The Story of the Beautiful Teacup? There was a couple who used to go to England to shop in the beautiful stores. They both liked antiques and pottery and especially teacups. This was their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary. One day in this beautiful shop they saw a beautiful cup. They said, "May we see that? We've never seen one quite so beautiful." As the lady handed it to them, suddenly the cup spoke. His situation or circumstances didn't stop Him from doing the will of God Are we focused to do the will of God or focused on the problems or the challenges that we are facing? 1.GIVE THANKS IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES: In everything give thanks: for this is t he will of God . When we start to give thanks the situation will start to change. LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS

Image
Just imagine this world without light: no sun, moon, stars or any lamps, candles or torchlight. We know that we cannot do anything that is productive, good or right when it is dark, nor do we like to live in the darkness. We can see the physical darkness with our human eyes and there is a spiritual darkness too. Lighting a lamp or candle will get rid of the darkness. But have you ever thought how to get rid of the spiritual darkness? The answer for this is JESUS . Around 4 B.C there lived a man named JESUS: ·        He was fully God and fully man. ·        He was with God from the beginning (before the creation/foundation of the world). ·        All things were made through him. ·        He was conceived by the Holy Spirit (Spirit of God) and born of a virgin. ·        He is the one and only begotten SON OF GOD. He lived on this earth for about 33 and a half years. When He walked on this earth, He spoke these words, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in dark

LOVE THAT LASTS

Jeremiah 31:3 Says “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore, with lovingkindness I have drawn you.”  LOVE - Almost everyone uses this four-letter word in their everyday life. Everyone around us are looking for someone who will truly love them and care for them. Like children seeking the love of their parents, elderly parents seeking the love of their kids, wife seeking the love of her husband and vice versa and this list goes on. Sometimes when there is no one who loves us we become upset, depressed and hopeless; there are many who even go through depression, dejection and disappointment because of this.  But there is one person who loves you so much and cares for you no matter who you are and how messed up your life is. The Bible says in Isaiah 49:1” See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me” .  Well you may think who is the One who inscribed me in the palm of His hands, its none other than God. You are very prec
