COME TO JESUS
Matthew
11:28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.
Here the scripture says”
COME TO ME(JESUS)” These words were told by Jesus Himself. Jesus was with God
from the beginning and everything that was created, was through him. The one
who Created the heavens and the earth, the one who has authority over all the
things, the one who formed you in your mother’s womb, the one who knows you by your
name said these words “Come to me.”
Think about where you are
going to when you need help, when you face hardships in your lives, who are you
looking to, when the situation around you goes wrong who are you looking to. There
is one place where you can go to, one person that you can look up to and The
Bible points us to Him, that is JESUS!
Make a decision starting
today, to go to Jesus and lay all your burdens at the feet of Jesus. There is
no burden too greater that He cannot
Philippians 4:6-7 says “Do not be anxious about
anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with
thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of
God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your
minds in Christ Jesus.”
As the
above scripture says do not be anxious about anything;
-
It may be your finances.
-
It maybe your children’s life.
-
It may be your future.
-
It may be your job
Whatever it may be, lay it down at the feet of
Jesus. Have faith in Jesus. He is able to turn around the situation for you.
He can bless you more than you think or imagine. Ephesians
3:20-21 “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above
all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us “.
He has a better plan for you:
-
Plans beyond what your human mind can comprehend.
-
Plans to prosper you.
-
Plans to give future and hope.
-
Plans to lift you up from the current situation.
Whatever you ask God in prayer He will provide it for you.
Even if you don’t know how to pray, you can ask Jesus, “Lord teach me to pray”.
You can talk to him as how you would talk to your friend. His ears are always listening
to our prayers, our hearts cry. Jeremiah 29:11
says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of
evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
The Bible
says in 1 Samuel 2:8, “ He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the beggar from the ash heap, to set them among princes and make
them inherit the throne of glory.” Nothing is too hard for Jesus. Take everything to the
Lord in prayer, have faith in Him, trust
Him and you will see the Miracle in your life. You don’t have to carry
all your problems on your shoulders, just leave it to The Lord and you will
find rest in Him, Matthew 11:28 says, “Come
to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give
you rest.”
